If you have not already done so, please review the below bylaws packet that will be discussed at the 2021 Annual NACTA Business meeting on June 24. 

The proposed bylaws amendments were reviewed by the NACTA Executive Committee in consultation with the appointed NACTA Parliamentarian, Daniel D. Foster, professional registered parliamentarian, National Association of Parliamentarians. 

The proposed bylaws amendments shall be posted to the NACTA website for at least 15 days prior to the annual meeting. A Bylaws Forum will be conducted as part of the Annual Conference on Tuesday, June 22. The vote required for adoption is a minimum affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members voting at the annual business meeting on June 24.

Each proposed bylaw amendment can be amended during the business session within the scope of the notice. Amendments to the proposed bylaws amendments will require a majority vote to pass.
