Quantifying the impact of a student learning experience can be daunting. Topics will include how to discern what to ask to capture impacts, how to write question items to accurately measure impact, assembling questions to form constructs, determining questionnaire validity and reliability, and the different types of scales to use for measurement.

Dr. Lamm’s background includes animal and equine sciences, extension education, and program development and evaluation. She has served as an evaluator for several USDA, NSF and NIH funded projects around a variety of agricultural and natural resource topics.
