Abstract:

College students with active interests in agricultural extension careers strongly need training and experience to accommodate the diverse requirements and demands of the extension advisor's occupation. Agricultural extension internships have become vital components in collegiate agriculture education programs. The role of extension advisor has become more complex and requires pre-service training for students.
