Abstract:

Economics, technology, and competition have helped make computers a part of reality. An increase in computers, available at the elementary and secondary level, will provide students at the post-secondary level with a wider range of computer literacy. The postsecondary educator should expect that present and potential students will have varying backgrounds in microcomputer usage.
