Abstract:
A national study including a mailed questionnaire and personal interviews sought the opinions of human resource managers regarding experience and educational needs of entry-level employees with a BS degree in agriculture. Great value is placed on coop-type programs as well as various work experiences before and during college prepararion. Other needs also identified.
