Abstract:
This study examined student perception of academic advising and advisor effectiveness. Specific objectives of the study were to: 1) determine the effectiveness of advisors as perceived by students advised by agricultural and extension education faculty: 2) determine the perceptions of students relative to academic advising; and 3) identify characteristics that would enhance advisor-advisee relationships.
