Abstract:

Horticulture education is not the Penn Central. Granted. But the question both face, and the horticulture industry as well, is essentially the same. Can they be salvaged? The good fairy Rail Pax may piece together a bankrupt Penn Central Horticulture Education and the industry may not fare so well.
