Abstract:

In discussing the employment opportunities for agriculture students, Eldred A. Cayce, Director and Retired Executive Vice-President of Ralston Purina Company, stated that businesses want graduates with a broad educational background. This raises the question: Do our present curricula offer students an opportunity for a broad education while specializing in agriculture?
